Repairs
Warranty and Non-Warranty repairs can be arranged by two methods. Products in need of repair may be returned to your nearest Stedman dealer or you may contact the Stedman service department for Return Authorization (RA#). Contact the service dept. by phone 269-629-5930, Fax 269-629-4149 or Email (info@stedmancorp.com). Please provide your name, address, phone number, product model #, and explain the reason for your RA request. Stedman service department will provide you with shipping instructions. Stedman extends a fair service policy to owners of any Stedman product. Any Stedman product either in warranty or out-of-warranty, will be repaired quickly and at reasonable cost if any. We also understand that accidents happen and we don't take advantage of repair opportunities for profitable gains. We feel that it is important to maintain all Stedman products in the field at a reasonable cost. Please give us the opportunity to provide you with the best service possible.

Method of Payment
If the part or parts you need are not shown in this list, you may contact us for availability. When ordering, please include part description and part number. When purchasing from the factory, payment may be check or money order in advance or COD. If you select COD, payment must be a money order or cashiers check as UPS no longer accepts cash for COD payments. A UPS charge of $6.00 will be added for COD.
